Title: ●Procurement Goal for Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions and Alaska Native-Serving Institutions (DFARS Case 2008-D014) 
Abstract: Amends the Defense FAR Supplement to implement section 891 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008. Section 891 amended 10 U.S.C. 2323 to provide that Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions and Alaska Native-Serving Institutions are to be treated in the same manner as historically Black colleges and universities, minority institutions, and Hispanic-serving institutions with regard to certain DoD contract and subcontract small business goals.
