Title: Foreign Participation in Acquisitions in Support of Operations in Afghanistan (DFARS Case 2009-D012)
Abstract: This rule was intended to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement DoD waivers of the Trade Agreements Act and the Balance of Payments Program to allow acquisition of products or services from the South Caucasus and Central and South Asian States in support of operations in Afghanistan. This rule is now identified by the Regulatory Identification Number (RIN) 0750-AG80 and has been withdrawn under this RIN.
