Title: Contractor Insurance/Pension Review (DFARS Case 2009-D025) 
Abstract: This rule relocated in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) the requirements for conducting a Contractor Insurance/Pension Review (CIPR). The rule was consistent with existing policy that a CIPR is only required for those contractors that have $50 million in qualifying sales to the Government. The rule merely relocated the requirements in DFARS. For this reason, little if any economic impact is anticipated.
