Title: Contractor Personnel Supporting U.S. Armed Forces Deployed Outside the United States (DFARS Case 2013-D015) 
Abstract: DoD amended the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to align it with revisions to the DoD Instruction on operational contract support. This rule revised and updated the prescription and clause at DFARS 252.225-7040, titled "Contractor Personnel Supporting U.S. Armed Forces Deployed Outside the United States," to align it with the changes in applicability, terminology, and other revisions made by Department of Defense Instruction 3020.41, titled "Operational Contract Support." This rule is not expected to have a significant economic impact on a significant number of small entities, because it impacts only businesses providing direct support to U.S. Armed Forces that are deployed outside the United States.
