Title: Application of Certain Clauses to Acquisitions of Commercial Items (DFARS Case 2013-D035  
Abstract: DoD amended the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) for part 212, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses for the Acquisition of Commercial Items, to clarify the applicability of two clauses to acquisitions of commercial items. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
