Title: Animal Welfare (DFARS 2013-D038) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to comply with the Department of Defense Instruction, 3216.01, entitled Use of Animals in DoD Programs, which governs DoD supported research, development, test and evaluation or training that uses invertebrate animals. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
