Title: Electronic Submission of Technical Report DFARS Case 2014-D001 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require scientific and technical reports be submitted in electronic format. This rule will shorten the submission process by no longer requiring the electronically initiated report to be printed for submission. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
