Title: ●State Sponsors of Terrorism (DFARS Case 2014-D014) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to conform terminology by replacing "terrorist country" with the more accurate term "country that is a state sponsor of terrorism" as identified by the Department of State, relocate coverage relating to state sponsors of terrorism from DFARS subpart 209 to 225, and relocate the provision at 252.209-7001 to 252.225-70XX. The relocated provision at 252.225-70XX, Disclosure of Ownership or Control by the Government of a Country that is a State Sponsor of Terrorism, is also being revised accordingly. This rule is not expected to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
