Title: ●Multiyear Contracts--Statutory References and Cancellation Ceiling Threshold (DFARS Case 2014-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regarding multiyear contracts to correct statutory references and to update the cancellation ceiling threshold at DFARS 217.170(e)(1)(iv) for consistency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This rule is not expected to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
