Title: Photovoltaic Sources From United States Sources (DFARS Case 2015-D007) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 858 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015.  Section 858 requires DoD contractors to provide photovoltaic devices manufactured in the United States, substantially all from articles, materials, or supplies mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States, with some exceptions. DoD does not expect this proposed rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
