Abstract:

DoD amended the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove duplicative text relating to contracts or delivery orders issued by a non-DoD Agency, and relocate remaining text from DFARS subpart 217.78 to DFARS 217.7 to conform the to Federal Acquisition Regulation coverage.
