Title: ●Amendment to Mentor-Protégé Program (DFARS Case 2016-D011) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 861 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Pub. L. 114-92) that provides amendments to the DoD Pilot Mentor-Protégé Program. DoD does not expect this rule ot have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
