Abstract:
DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Department of Defense Directive 5240.6, which establishes policy for certain DoD contractors to receive Counterintelligence Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Training on foreign intelligence entity threats, methods, reportable information, and reporting procedures. DoD does not expect this rule to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. |
