Title: ●Exemption From Design-Build Selection Procedures (DFARS Case 2018-D011) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 823 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.  Section 823 amends 10 U.S.C. 2305a to provide exemptions from design-build selection procedures for contracts that exceed $4 million.
