Title: ●DFARS Case 2018-D037; (R) Repeal of DFARS clause "Award Fee" 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to repeal the contract clause 252.216-7005, Award Fee. The information contained in this clause is already included in the award fee plan, in accordance with FAR 16.401. The DFARS clause is redundant and can be removed. The removal of this DFARS text supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
