Title: Domestic Comparative Testing Activities (DFARS Case 2021-D017) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 882 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. Section 882 provides a definition for covered equipment, munitions, and technologies related to domestic comparative testing activities.
