Title: Cost and Software Data Reporting for Major Weapon Systems (DFARS Case 2021-D028) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement revisions to DoD policies on cost analysis and reporting requirements pertaining to the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (see DoD Instruction 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework).  This rule revises contractor reporting requirements and provides for a cost and software reporting review in lieu of the current postaward conference procedures.
