Title: Modifications to Printed Circuit Board Acquisition Restrictions (DFARS Case 2022-D011) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 851 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 and section 841 of the NDAA for FY 2021. Section 851 of the NDAA for FY 2022 amends 10 U.S.C. 2533d, redesignated as 10 U.S.C. 4873, including the effective date of the statute. Section 841 of the NDAA for FY 2021 prohibits acquiring a covered printed circuit board from a covered country, unless a waiver is obtained.
