Title: Prohibition on Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems (DFARS Case 2023-D012) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, as amended by section 817 of the NDAA for FY 2023, which prohibits the procurement of certain foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems by DoD.
