Title: Department of Defense Catalog Data Standard (DFARS Case 2023-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a policy requirement to use the Department of Defense Catalog Data Standard when contracting for certain commercial products and commercial services, and other potential use cases. The purpose of the requirement is to standardize the collection of data for supplies and services obtained from contractor catalogs.
