Title: Procurement Technical Assistance Program (DFARS Case 2024-D006) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 853 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 853 amends 10 U.S.C. 4951 to modify the definition of "eligible entity" with regard to cooperative agreement holders.
