Title: Restrictions on Certain Aerospace-Grade Metals (DFARS Case 2024-D010) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 833 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024, section 844(a) of the NDAA for FY 2025, and section 845 of the NDAA for FY 2025. Section 833 revises 10 U.S.C. 4863 to add restrictions on aerospace-grade metals. Section 844(a) revises 10 U.S.C. 4863 to make technical edits. Section 845 revises 10 U.S.C. 4863 to add the term "qualifying foreign government."
