Title: Limitation on Procurement of Certain Batteries (DFARS Case 2024-D011) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 154 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 154 prohibits the procurement of batteries that are produced by certain entities, unless a waiver applies.
