Title: Small Purchase Exception for the Acquisition of U.S. Flags (DFARS Case 2024-D013) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 832 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 832 amends 10 U.S.C. 4862 to revise the exception for small purchases provided in 10 U.S.C. 4862(h) for purchases of flags of the United States.
