Title: Earned Value Management System (DFARS Case 2024-D017) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 827 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 827 updates earned value management (EVM) applicability thresholds and exempts contracts and subcontracts primarily for the procurement of software from the EVM requirement.
