Title: Architect and Engineering Service Fees (DFARS Case 2024-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 2881 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which amends 10 U.S.C 7540(b), 10 U.S.C. 8612(b), and 10 U.S.C. 9540(b). These amendments increase the statutory limit on fee for architect and engineering services procured by the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
