Title: ●Prohibition on Procurement of Covered Semiconductor Products and Services (DFARS CASE 2025-D010)  
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 853 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025. Section 853 prohibits entering into or renewing a contract for the procurement of any covered semiconductor products and services with any entity that knowingly provides covered semiconductor products and services to certain entities.
