Title: ●Low-Rate Production Lots Using Fixed-Priced Options (DFARS CASE 2025-D011)  
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025. Section 802 limits the number of low-rate production lots for any production quantities procured using fixed-priced options under certain contracts.
