Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 856 of the NDAA for FY 2025 (Pub. L 118-159), which generally requires DoD to procure cleaning products that are identified under the Safer Choice program or equivalent.
