Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement Sec. 837 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 (Pub. L. 118-159), which requires agency heads to notify the DoD Inspector General (DoD IG) of remedies or the decision to deny relief after a whistleblower has filed a reprisal complaint to the DoD IG.
