Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement Sec. 815 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 (Pub. L. 118-159), which allows offeror subcontractors that are nontraditional defense contractors to provide recent prices paid to the prime contractor.
