Title: Financial Assistance to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs)
Abstract: This rule assigns responsibilities and prescribes procedures for providing payments to eligible Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) that provide services to qualifying military dependent students with severe disabilities. It updates the responsibilities and procedures for providing financial assistance to eligible LEAs to benefit qualifying dependent students of the military services and DoD civilian employees.
