Title: Public Affairs Relations With Businesses, Business-Related Organizations, and Other Non-Governmental Organizations 
Abstract:

This rule establishes policy for interacting with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and provides guidance relative to policies and programs for: (1) providing information to business, business-related associations, industry, and other appropriate NGOs; (2) participating in activities involving businesses or NGOs having business or industry members; and (3) using DoD material, uniforms, and insignia for commercial purposes.
