Title: Civilian Employment and Reemployment Rights for Service Members, Former Service Members and Applicants of the Uniformed Services  
Abstract:

This rule updates established policy, assigned responsibilities, and procedures for informing servicemembers and individuals who apply for uniformed service of their civilian employment and reemployment rights, benefits, and obligations. The revisions to this rule will be reported in future status updates as part of DoD's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563, completed in August 2011.
