Title: Unlawful Discrimination (On the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, or Age in Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance From the DoD)  
Abstract:

The purpose of the rule is to incorporate DoD Directive 5124.02, "Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD (P&R))," and DoD Directive 1020.02, "Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity (EO) in the Department of Defense." This rule prevents unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, or age in programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance from the DoD or a DoD component. The revisions to this rule are part of DoD's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563 completed in August 2011.
