Title: Defense Information Systems Agency Freedom of Information Act Program 
Abstract:

Based on the publication of a DDoD-wide rule FOIA rule published on 6 February 2018 (83 FR 5196), DoD is removing component sections of the CFR.  This rule removes the DISAspecific rule last published on 1 December 1999 (64 FR 67166).  Cost savings for this deregulatory action can be found as part of the DoD-wide rule.
