Title: Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) Freedom of Information Act Program 
Abstract:

Based on the publication of a DoD-wide rule FOIA rule published on 6 February 2018 (83 FR 5196), DoD is removing component sections of the CFR.  This rule removes the DNA-specific rule last published on 8 March 1991 (56 FR 9842).  Cost savings for this deregulatory action can be found as part of the DoD-wide rule.
