Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to repeal the clause at DFARS 252.217-7000, Pricing Adjustments. The repeal of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
