Title: Right to Financial Privacy Act  
Abstract:

The Department of Defense (DoD) issued a final rule to revise the procedures that it follows when seeking access to customer records maintained by financial institutions. These updates were required to fulfill DoD’s responsibilities under the Right to Financial Privacy Act. The revision of 32 CFR part 275 supported a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
