Title: Active Duty Service Determinations for Civilian or Contractual Groups 
Abstract:

This rule prescribes an application process by which an established group of civilian employees or contract workers can apply to receive credit for active military service.  As DoD makes revisions to this rule, it will combine it with 32 CFR part 881,"Determination of Active Military Service and Discharge for Civilian or Contractual Groups." When 32 CFR part 47 is finalized, 32 CFR part 881 will be repealed.
