Title: Review of Energy Project Mission Obstructions 
Abstract:

The Clearinghouse acts as the Department of Defense’s single point of contact to protect the DoD’s mission capabilities from incompatible energy development through mitigation strategies and other actions. The Department is proposing revisions to reflect statutory changes in section 311 of the Fiscal Year 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (10 U.S.C. 183a).
