Abstract:
This rule will exempt Army Safety Management Program Records (ASMPR) from 5 U.S.C. 552a(c)(3), (d)(1)-(4), (e)(1), (e)(4)(G), (H), and (I), and (f) pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(2). The exemptions aim to prevent disclosure of iinvestigatory material compiled for law enforcement purposes and certain requirements of the Privacy Act may interfere with the effective execution of these activities.
