Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation (Problematic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth (PSB–CY) Information System, DPR 50)  
Abstract:

This rule proposes to exempt certain portions of the Problematic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth (PSB-CY) Information System from 5 U.S.C. 552a(c)(3), (d)(1), (2), (3), and (4); (e)(1), (4)(G), (H), and (I), and (f) of the Privacy Act, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(2), other than material within the scope of subsection (j)(2). The proposed exemptions aim to prevent disclosure of investigatory material compiled for law enforcement purposes because certain requirements of the Privacy Act may interfere with the effective execution of these activities.
