Title: ●Revisions to Substile B of Title 2 on Federal Financial Assistance  
Abstract:

The DoD is proposing compainion revisions to align its Federal financial assistance regulations with the Office of Management and Budget's updates to Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Consistent with 2 CFR 200.109, the proposed changes are intended to improve transparency, accountability, and oversight of Federal awards, revise indirect cost policy, reduce administrative burden, and codify existing guidance into regulation.
