Title: Private Practice Start-Up Loans for Former National Health Service Corps Members  
Abstract:

This final rule will remove from the Code of Federal Regulations obsolete regulations regarding start-up loans and the establishment of repayment terms for private practice start-up loans provided to former members of the National Health Service Corps. These regulations are no longer necessary as the Department of Health and Human Services no longer provides these services.
