| Title: ●Establishing a Data-Driven Methodology for Agency Updates to Program Policy | |
|
Abstract:
The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) is charged with making many analytically based health provision, coverage, and other related policy decisions in both generally applicable regulations, as well as sub-regulatory guidance. This rule would establish clear, consistent, and data-driven internal HRSA processes and procedures to be used when pursuing future regulatory and sub-regulatory updates to agency program policy. |
