Abstract: Section 217 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Public Law No. 94-437 (1976), as amended by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Pub. L. No. 111-148, 10221 (2010) requires the Secretary to issue regulations for the competitive awarding of grants under the American Indians into Psychology Grant program.
