Title: Removal of Outdated Regulations 
Abstract:

This final rule would remove outdated regulations at 42 CFR part 136, subpart F. The current regulations no longer align with statutory requirements that restrict the use of Federal funding for certain abortions, and IHS seeks to remove the outdated regulations in their entirety.
