This annual notice will establish the 2026 CY Reimbursement Rates for inpatient and outpatient medical care provided by IHS facilities to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, beneficiaries of other federal programs, and recoveries under the Federal Medical Care Recovery Act.
