Title: NIOSH Respirator Approval Program: Penalties for Fraud and Fraudulent Statements 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would add a provision to Part 84 allowing NIOSH to penalize and hold accountable any applicant for a certificate of approval for a respirator who attempts to defraud the NIOSH Respirator Approval Program.
